From 01\/01\/2023<\/strong> producers have the obligation of environmental labeling of packaging, namely: “products, composed of materials of any kind, used to contain certain goods, from raw materials to finished products, to protect them, to allow their handling and their delivery from the producer to the consumer or user, to ensure their presentation, as well as disposable items used for the same purpose”.<\/em><\/p>\n

Specifically, we have 6 types of material<\/strong> used in packaging:<\/p>\n

In each label placed in each box and film on a pallet, a web link will be indicated via a Q-Code which will direct the customer or final consumer to this area on the Omal website, where all the classifications of the materials used will be present and related environmental disposal codes.<\/p>\n

The violation of the art. 219 paragraph 5 pursuant to article 261 paragraph 3, anyone who places packaging on the market that does not meet the requirements for labeling is subject to a fine of between five thousand two hundred and forty thousand euros.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
